Area Firefighters Battle Shed Fire Monday Afternoon
COTTAGE HILLS – The Cottage Hills Fire Department responded to the 1100 block of Stanley Rd for a shed fire Monday afternoon.
When firefighters arrived on the scene the shed was fully involved. Firefighters requested a box-alarm. Bethalto, Rosewood Heights, and Meadowbrook responded. The house next to the shed sustained siding damage during the fire. The shed was a total loss.
No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
