BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – SIUE freshman Lauren Miller has been named the Ohio Valley Conference women’s basketball freshman of the week after scoring 44 points over the Cougars’ last three games.
Miller had a career-high 25 points and nine rebounds in the game against Eastern Kentucky, and led the team in both categories.

She also had a strong game against Northwestern with 11 points and six rebounds.
The Cougars will return to First Community Arena to take on Indiana State Nov. 19th at 10 a.m
