
Joleen Fae Osburn, 42, of Highland, IL, born on December 25, 1983, in Anchorage, AK, passed away on January 28, 2026, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL.
Joleen was a fan of all kinds of music and movies, especially that of the Christian variety. Having been in a traumatic car accident in her younger years, Joleen was quadriplegic, yet that didn’t stop her from enjoying life. She spent a lot of her time on the internet and loved online shopping. She had a motorized chair to get around, using it especially to go to her favorite antique store.
Joleen was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Steven “Ya-Ya” Marsden; maternal grandmother, Fae Bonstead; and paternal great-grandmother, Opal Osburn.
Surviving Joleen is her parents, Allen and Leigh Osburn (nee Marsden); boyfriend, Lorenzo Qualls; two children, Angelo Ramat Jr., Christiana Ramat; three siblings, Darin Marsden, Patrick Osburn, Larissa Rude; nephews, Darin Marsden Jr., Patrick Marsden, Leon Simpkins; numerous other uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
