Philip “Phil” Lloyd Yarber, of Belleville, IL, born Sunday, August 21, 1955, in Belleville, IL, passed away on April 8, 2026 at his residence, surrounded by his family.
Phil was a family man, proud farmer, and successful business owner. Known by many as “Pourman, ” he took great pride in both farming and running his concrete business, always working with dedication and integrity.
At his core, Phil was a hard worker- but what mattered most to him was his family. He was a proud father to his sons and found his greatest joy in his grandsons, who brought him endless happiness. He loved making people laugh and had a way of bringing light to any room with his humor and easygoing nature. He also had a love for antiques, always appreciating the history, craftsmanship, and stories behind each piece he found.
