MARYVILLE – Father McGivney Catholic used a big third inning to pull away for a 17-6 Gateway Metro Conference baseball win over Maryville Christian on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Maryville.
McGivney scored two runs in the second inning, seven in the third, four in the fourth, one in the fifth, and three in the seventh.

Isaac Wendler had three hits and two RBIs for the Griffins, and Jack Rolves added two hits and four RBIs.
Aiden Willis struck out four on the mound for the Griffins.
McGivney improved to 17-5. Maryville Christian fell to 7-6.
