My wife and I own Living Local Magazine (mailed to 150,000 metro east homes 8X/year). I recently launched a new business called Metro East Service Group. My team acts as a general contractor for virtually every home improvement category. We are looking for high quality businesses that perform work for every single home services category under our umbrella — we will send leads to you as contract partners with our company. Right now we get 5-10 per week with zero marketing, but once we execute a full scale local SEO campaign then our websites will eventually rank atop Google searches for a lot of home services categories. Additionally, we will feature Metro East Service Group in the magazine. So…If you want FREE leads as we launch this thing then reply to this post. Check out our main website and scroll down to see all the different service category websites that we have launched. If you or someone you know performs services that fit one or more of our sites then let me know ASAP. metroeastservice.com
Dear Family and Friends:
After much discussion, the Cemetery Committee has approved a rate increase for all graves and niche purchases. The rate increase will take effect on June 1, 2026. The last time a rate increase was taken was in 2022. The income from the sale of graves, niches and the opening and closing fees supports the general fund. This fund is used to disperse payments for the lawn mowing and wages paid to the excavator and sexton. If you would like to make your preplanned arrangements before the increase, contact the church office to set up an appointment with the Sexton. Please consider when making a loved one’s arrangements or making prearrangement wishes, the Cemetery can be placed as a memorial. Other ways to help the Cemetery is to use the envelopes at the end of the pews along with your weekly giving.
We appreciate your support.
