Michael Glenn McCollough, 69, of Fairview Heights, IL, born on May 8, 1957, in Belleville, IL, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026, in Fairview Heights, IL.
Michael was a member of the Laborers’ Local 670. He also loved scuba diving, music, and going to live concerts. He was a member of AA where he helped numerous others, and he passed in good standing having been sober for 32 years.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Glenn “Dago” McCollough; and his brother and sister-in-law, Marty and Judy McCollough.
Left to cherish Michael’s memory are his mother, Dorothy Falk (nee Scott); his son, Michael G. (Amber) McCollough II; one sister, Myra (Richard) Stone; and his dear friends from AA.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., at the American Legion; 109 N. Penn St., O’Fallon, IL 62269.
