SIUE, the No. 5 seed, moves on to face fourth-seeded Lindenwood in the OVC quarterfinals. That game is set for 1 p.m. Sunday in St. Charles, Missouri.

Wigfield gathered the ball on the far side from Nieroda’s corner kick. It was Wigfield’s first goal of the season while it was Nieroda’s OVC-leading eighth assist of 2026.
