Thomas “Tom” Christopher Miller, age 33, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Tom was born on April 13, 1990 in Granite City, IL, a son of James Miller of Granite City, IL, and the late Barbara (Koishor) Miller.
Tom was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Granite City, IL. He worked as a construction manager at America’s Center Port District in Granite City, IL. Tom enjoyed cooking, camping and cycling. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and hanging out with his friends. Tom will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle and a dear friend to many. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his father, Tom is survived by his loving siblings, Andy (Kaitlin) Miller of St. Louis, MO and Mary Miller of Maryville, IL; proud uncle to George Miller and Wyatt Miller; extended family and many wonderful friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Irwin Chapel, Granite City, IL.
In celebration of his life, a funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Granite City, IL, with Father Alfred Tumwesigye officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Edwardsville, IL.
Memorial donations may be given to Granite City A.P.A. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel.
