Kathryn A. Rickord (nee Frye), 69, of O’Fallon, IL, born on October 4, 1954, in St. Louis, MO, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at her residence.
Kathryn was a devoted mother and grandmother and for ten years was a licensed practical nurse. In her spare time, she enjoyed woodworking, making children’s toys, and sewing.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ruth Frye (nee Cajacob).
Kathryn is survived by her beloved husband, Patrick Rickord of O’Fallon, IL; three children, Erin (Shannon Coleman) Rickord of Worden, IL, Rachael (William) Dyson of St. Peters, MO, David A. (James) Coulter-Rickord of Hillsboro, MO; two siblings, Christene (Dennis) Sutton of Festus, MO, Raymond Frye of Columbia, IL; three grandchildren, Tristan Rickord, Brooke Dyson, Carly Dyson; and one great-grandson, Dean Dyson.
