Deborah Ann Shilling, 70, of Belleville, IL, born February 11, 1955, in Denver, CO, died Friday, November 21, 2025, at St. Paul’s Senior Community, Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Blair Smith; her parents, Raymond H. and Rosalie M., nee Mueller, Shilling; two sisters, Nancy “Dominique” (Stan) Plendl and Barbara J. O’Hearn.
She is survived by her sister, Darlene (Jay) Dalrymple; a brother-in-law; and several dear nieces and a nephew.
