ST. LOUIS — The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis has promoted Jadii Castillo of O’Fallon, Illinois, to assistant executive director, the organization announced.
Castillo has been with the association for three years and most recently served as director of membership and development. In that role, she managed the Sustaining Partnership Program, oversaw advertising in the association’s print and online publications, and served as staff liaison to multiple sections and committees.
“Jadii’s leadership ability, organizational skills, commitment to service and history with BAMSL make her a great fit for the role of assistant executive director,” said Susan McCourt Baltz, executive director of BAMSL.
Castillo earned a bachelor of science degree from Murray State University. Before joining BAMSL, she worked with Missouri Lawyers Media, PohlmanUSA Court Reporting and Litigation Services and Ontellus.
She is also a member of the National Association of Bar Executives, Legal Marketing Association, St. Louis Paralegal Association, and the Association of Legal Administrators.
“I am excited to step into this role at BAMSL,” Castillo said. “I am looking forward to continue serving our members, working with the St. Louis legal community and using my skills and experience to help keep operations running efficiently and effectively.”
