On April 10, 2026, the statement says Confidential Victim 2 agreed to meet Gaines for a lunch date after meeting him at a bar and exchanging phone numbers and Instagram accounts. The statement says the two went to what appeared to be a vacant apartment in the same complex. According to the statement, the victim went into the bathroom and Gaines dragged her out, forced her on the floor, forcibly removed her clothes and sexually assaulted her as she repeatedly told him “no” and tried to fight him off. The statement says Gaines grabbed her phone and left with it before returning it and leaving the apartment.
On May 1, 2026, the statement says Confidential Victim 3 met Gaines at the same apartment complex after the two had met on Instagram and talked previously.
