For her accomplishments, Briea Perkins is a Platinum Transportation Student of the Month for Highland High School.

Perkins has served on the school’s Student Council for years, including as the Student Council president. She was also named the Class of 2026 president and helped her classmates as an ambassador. It’s important for her to empower and advocate for her peers, which she has done in these roles.

As a member of Operation Snowball, Perkins has learned leadership skills and responsibility, which she demonstrates every day. She has been recognized for her hard work before as a Bulldog Award winner at her high school. She was also honored with a Student Appreciation Award from the local Optimist Club.

Outside of school, Perkins stays busy with two part-time jobs. She also serves as a fitness instructor and loves spending time outside on walks and runs. She does a lot with her friends and family.

She has big plans for after high school. Just as they always do, her teachers and loved ones will be supporting her.

“I plan to attend Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida, to major in exercise science and minor in nutrition!” she shared, adding, “I strongly believe that kindness gets you so unbelievably far in life so always remember to treat people with love!”

Congratulations to Briea for this recognition by Highland High School and Platinum Transportation!
