You’re Invited to the Grafton Chamber Christmas Dinner Dec. 9!
We couldn’t be more excited to invite you to our annual Grafton Chamber of Commerce Christmas Dinner! This is going to be a special one, folks. For the first time ever, our wonderful friends at Aerie’s Resort are hosting us up on the bluff, and they are rolling out the red carpet!

Where: Aerie’s Resort (And in even more good news, you’ll be able to drive your personal vehicles right up to the resort!)
This isn’t just any dinner. Aerie’s new head chef, Mary Gutzler, has crafted an absolutely delicious, brand-new menu just for our Chamber family. We can promise that this meal will be a true foodie experience.
Get ready for the feast:
To Start: A fresh salad with romaine, cheese, tomato, cucumber, and croutons (with ranch or Italian dressing), plus rolls and butter.
The Main Event (Two Entrees for Everyone!):
Pesto Mozzarella Chicken: A tender, oven-roasted chicken breast with a fresh pesto sauce drizzle, mozzarella cheese, and tomato.
Stuffed Steak Rolls: Delicious marinated steak wrapped around spinach, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese.
On the Side: Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Country Style Green Beans.
The Grand Finale: A Full Dessert Bar with a variety of sweet treats to top off the night!
More than just a great meal, this is our night. It’s the one time all year we all get to come together, set the shop talk aside for a bit, and just relax and enjoy each other’s company. Let’s raise a glass together to celebrate all the hard work of the year behind us and look forward to the wonderful year ahead!
