Sourdough Bread Baking Class for Beginnings

Learn how to bake your very own sourdough bread at this hands-on class! This in-depth session will cover everything you need to know about sourdough baking, including:

• Maintaining a sourdough starter
• Mixing, fermentation, and cold retardation
• Shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking

At the end of the class, you’ll take home a freshly-baked mini boule and receive a start kit (mini banneton, bench scraper, lame, and spatula). No experience necessary! All supplies included, but seats are limited, so be sure to register today!
