Rosalie Maurine Stauder, nee Karger, of Loveland, OH, formerly of Belleville, IL born Saturday, March 26, 1938, in East Saint Louis, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Rosalie was a retired bookkeeper for several companies to include Switzers of East St. Louis as well as Kurrus Funeral Home of Belleville. Upon retirement, she became the sole caregiver for special local families, as she loved children. She relocated to Loveland, OH in December 2023 to live with her son, Rick and family. Most recently, she became a resident of Magnolia Springs Assisted Living Center in Loveland where she enjoyed life with great friends made while she was there.
Rosalie was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan (and scorekeeper) and loved to see a game at the stadium with her family as often as she could. Back in the day, she loved to listen to Jack Buck call the games on the radio with her family. She was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Belleville and was an online member of Bayside Community Church in Bradenton, FL.

Visitation: Visitation from 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February, 10, 2026 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL
Services: Funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Kurrus Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery-Belleville, IL.
