EAST ALTON – Janet and Dennis Weber of East Alton say they experienced “love at first sight” when they met April 11, 1980.
Janet Weber said the couple has been living together since April 21, 1980, and later married on Dec. 21, 1990.
“We have been living together since April 21, 1980,” Janet said. “It was love at first sight, actually.”
“It just works,” Janet Weber wrote of their special relationship. “Not one thing that’s special, it’s everyday with each other that’s special!”
In describing memories they have made together, Janet Weber pointed to trips and family traditions.
“All the vacations we went on but mostly the Christmas Eves that were shared by family,” she wrote. “All the pictures and laughs and smiles. The love of our family.”
