Debora “Debbie” Dufresne nee Price, age 66, of Belleville, IL born on December 1, 1959, in E. St. Louis, Ill, died on February 27, 2026 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Debbie was employed by FKG Oil, Inc., of Belleville, IL for 40 years and worked as their benefits coordinator. Debbie loved her “Chicago” television shows on Wednesday nights and also enjoyed watching WWE Wrestling. She and her husband, Richard, always enjoyed going out to dinner every week. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Marilyn, nee Dedmon, Price, and her brothers, Philip Price and Bruce Price.
She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Dufresne; her son, Kevin P. Sweeney; her granddaughters, Ave Marie Sweeney and Elisabeth Renee Jordan; and her sisters, Marilyn Brandes and Sherry (Dillard “Jigger”) Coleman. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and her four-legged friend, Luke.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL, with Pastor Ron Habermehl officiating.
