Scott D. Rubin, 46, of Belleville, IL, born November 14, 1979, in Belleville, IL, died Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, uncle, mother of Camron, father, and friends.
He is survived by two sons, Camron Rubin and Christopher Kayden Rheinecker; his mother, Catherine Rubin; his birth mother, aunts, uncle, and cousins; and his granddaughter.
