Renee M. Donato, 57, of O’Fallon, IL, born on November 16, 1968, in Highland, IL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Aviston Countryside Manor.
Renee was a long-time laborer out of local 670 in O’Fallon, IL. She worked hard but she also loved to have a good time, especially with her friends and family. Even in the hardest of times, she kept her spunk and fire and will be missed by many.
Renee was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Phillip and Pearl Weinacht; paternal grandparents, Dominic and Hellen Donato; sister, Denise Hendricks; son, Joshua Durkey-Donato; and fiancé, John Eisenberg.
Left to cherish Renee’s memory are her parents, Bill and Patricia Donato (nee Weinacht) of O’Fallon, IL; two children, Justin (Liz) Donato, Marrissa Johnson both of O’Fallon, IL; brother, Derek (Bobbie) Donato of O’Fallon, IL; 2 grandchildren, Taryn Vogel, Kolton Johnson; and nieces and nephews; Buster (Abbie) Hendricks, DJ (Niki) Hendricks, and Danielle (Maggie) Hendricks.

A graveside service will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Mt. Calvary Cemetery; 4080 Lebanon Ave., Shiloh, IL 62221.
