Casey James Watt, 36, born August 10, 1989, died on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
Casey was a graduate of Freeburg High School, a “Mighty Midget,” and a Freeburg resident. Casey tried his best to live life to the fullest. He loved to ride motorcycles and competed in dirt bike races. He made friends wherever he went. Casey loved animals, especially his beloved cat George Jones. Casey was employed at World Wide Technology in Edwardsville, IL.
He was preceded in death by his namesake uncle, Jimmy Watt; and mentor, Darrell Urban.
He is survived by his parents, Dennis and Kay Watt; a sister, Emma Kay Blanton; a brother-in-law, Alex Blanton; his significant other, Courtney Rae Queen; an aunt, Sandy; two uncles, Joe and Mardy; and his best friend, Nathan Vanausdoll.
