James L. Wilburn, 84, of Scott Air Force Base, IL, born Tuesday, January 23, 1940, in Huntsville, AL, died Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at his residence in Scott Air Force Base, IL.
Larry was a Retired Sgt. Major Intelligence Operations Chief for the United States Army. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion and he was a Veteran in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his:
