Elizabeth “Betty” J. Scott, nee Wock, 81, of Shiloh, IL, born Wednesday, August 5, 1942, in Otterville, IL, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Bria Health Care in Mascoutah, IL.
Betty worked as a certified dental assistant for Dr. Schulmeister for 42 years. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church of Shiloh, IL, Al Sihah Temple #29, Daughter of the Nile, and O’Fallon Women’s Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Laverne L. and Catherine E., nee Grothaus, Wock.
Surviving are her husband, Harold “Ed” Scott of Shiloh, IL, daughter, Michele (Frank) Krajczar of Saint Louis, MO, sisters, Gayle (Rusty) Willis of White Hall, IL and Pauline (Paul) Dougherty of Hannibal, MO, grandchildren, Steve (Shannon) Krajczar, Ashley (James) Jeffery, and Katie (Tyler) Simpson; great grandchildren, Jaylnn Hall, Emry Krajczar, and Morgan Jeffery; and dear nieces and nephews.
