Update: Suspect Is Now In Custody: O’Fallon Police Seek Public Help Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect

O’FALON – The O’Fallon Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify a person after officers responded to a robbery reported on Friday, March 20, 2026, at an FCB Bank in O’Fallon, Illinois.

The bank robbery suspect is a man shown in the two photos, one above and below.

O’Fallon Police provided an update late Friday: “As of 5:15 p.m. Friday, a suspect in the bank robbery is in custody.

“Thank you for the numerous calls and tips,” the O’Fallon Police Department said in a statement.”

Officers responded at about 11:15 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, to the bank at 1501 W. Highway 50 in O’Fallon “in reference to a robbery,” the O’Fallon Police Department said in a social media post. Police said they are “attempting to identify the individual in the attached photos.”

The person was last seen running east from the bank, according to the department.
