Gloria Marguerite Stone, nee Geminn, 88, of Caseyville, IL, born July 17, 1937, in Belleville, IL, died Sunday, March 29, 2026, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’Fallon, IL.
Gloria was a legal secretary for Heiligenstein-Badgley Law Firm before becoming a homemaker. During her retirement she enjoyed restoring antiques, building dollhouses, and working on ceramics. She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Stone, Sr.; a daughter, Penny Taylor; her parents, Howard and Lucille, nee Lowe, Geminn; a brother, Howard Geminn; and a sister, Sandra Muskopf.
Surviving are her son, Donald (Martina) Stone; two daughters, Cindy (Mark) Chapman and Wendy Moss; a son-in-law, Mark Taylor; six grandchildren, Robby, Amanda (Tom), Kelly (Cody), Megan, Adam, Laura (James), Samantha (Clayton); four great grandchildren, Mason, Ashlyn, Logan and Kayden; and a niece, Tiffany Grimes.
