Patrick McRae Wins Nomination For Madison County Circuit Clerk.
EDWARDSVILLE – Patrick McRae won the nomination for the Madison County Circuit Clerk by 2,665 over his opponent Stephen Adler.
McRae is expected to take over after the general election in November for his father Tom McRae who decided not to run again. According to the unofficial election results McRae received 10,193, with Adler receiving 7,578. No Democrat is running on the general ticket in November.
McRae currently serves as Chief Deputy Treasurer for Madison County under Chris Slusser. McRae lives in East Alton with his wife and two twin boys.
